Quite similar except that my mum did not prepare the sauce. We use chilli sauce instead…but i rather eat it plain without any sauce.

Hello, how to make the black sauce?

msaufong on March 27th, 2007 at 9:46 am #

Sharon, this is easy. Buy 1 pack of black sauce at supermarket or wet market. Mix with water and cook for awhile, then add a little bit sugar to taste.
