Another 2 months to go for my due date liao…Is time to prepare my confinement stuff liao…My mother very good in making Chinese Wine Rice (wong chau黃酒)….We are tranditional family mah….My grandmother made for my mother & now my mother made for me lor…hehe..

This is the 2nd time she make for me liao…And I wish to learn from her..Then, I can make for SQ in the future mah…hehe

I gonna ‘store’ all the step by step in blog liao…otherwise I sure will forget the process wan…:p

Terms & Conditions :

1) Kenot work on Chinese day No. 3, 6 & 9 (初三, 六 & 九) ….don’t ask me why ahh…my mother oso donno…old folks said like tat mai like tat lor…They said these few days will cause no wine produced wan wor…

Ingredients :
6 Kilo Glutinous Rice
18 pcs small wine biscuit (chao ban 酒餅)
some water (about 150ml)

OK! Lets Start!!

Cook all the Glutinous Rice with rice cooker, we cook 3 – 4 time to finish whole 6 Kilo…(remember to cook at night, coz need to wait those rice getting cold)

Get ready the wine biscuit, compress into powder form…
