1) is it let it ferments till 20 days, any stirring required in between before 20 days?
&lt;b&gt;You do not have to stirring it. Even adding the rice wine at the 3rd day.&lt;/b&gt;

2) and sieve the rice wine after 20 days

3) then bottle the rice wine

4) pls advise whether to boil the rice wine?/
&lt;b&gt;Doesn't need to boil. When you cook it actually boil it already. I advice you to finish the homemade rice wine within 3-4 months times. Else it might become tasteless.&lt;/b&gt;</description>
