Mackerel Egg (Fu Yu)
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 kg mackerel
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pepper
Salt
1st ~ Beat egg with baking powder, salt & pepper
2nd ~ add in mackerel & mixing it
3rd ~ until all mixed well…like above pic… I suggest u using hand mixer …

4th ~ heat oil 5th ~ scoop 1 spoon & put into oil
6th ~ 1 scoop follow by other
7th ~ continue to fry the other side
8th ~ Fu Yu starting like blowing balloon..
9th ~ done when it become golden at both side
10th ~ Fu Yu starting to become narrow.. Isn’t it look funny? haha

12nd ~ a close up pic… It look like dried tauhu but the taste r totally different.. much more delicious then tat.. My kids like to eat as snack…me too..
