Steamed Yam Cake (Wu Tou Kow)

Ingredients

Yam

dried shrimp

onion

salt

five spice powder

Blended rice flour

Brown bean Sauce

1st ~ Fried yam with oil, dried shrimp, onion, salt & five spice powder.

2nd ~ Mixed 500gm (1 bag) Blended rice flour with 1.5ml water (1 mineral water bottle).. 3rd ~ stir until all flour mixed.

Potato Egg

Ingredients
1 Potato
2 Eggs

1st ~ Cut potato into slice (about 0.5cm)

2nd ~ either bake it til cook or Fried til cook

( I use bake, cos trying to not to consume more oi…l)

3rd ~ Break eggs into cook potato & mix well

4th ~ Add some salt, pepper & soy sauce to taste

5th ~ heat wok

6th ~ Pour in All mixed ingredients

8th ~ 1mins later, form like above (inside is half cook)

9th ~ continue cook for both side until all cook

10th ~ then cut into pieces

I like to eat this without rice....and my girl like to take this as snack too..
