Beansprouts with Salted Fish

Ingredients :

Beansprouts

Salted fish

Garlic

salt & sugar (to taste)

Garlic cut into slice

1st ~ Fry salted fish and get ready at aside

Crispy salted fish..

2nd ~ stir-fry garlic with oil

3rd ~ add Beansprouts & stir-fry abit

4th ~ add salt & sugar to taste..

5th ~ Topping with salted fish b4 serving..

I prefer raw beansprouts..so usually I just stir-fry few second on step3…don’t u think that raw beansprouts r more chewy & sweet? hehe

    no need soy sauce?

    Vien, I didn’t add soy sauce ler..coz add salt liao mah…and have salted fish oso wor…but of coz u can add soy sauce lah..hehe..just make sure don’t add too much of salt lor..

    I like salted fish with bean sprouts too! But unfortunately I could not find it in the supermarkets here in Bay Area, California.

    So I used dried shrimp instead.
