This was an old post from my personal blog..And I miss this kind of meal very much ler…coz at my age now..no more friend’s wedding dinner to attend…haii… no chance to enjoy those food liao…:cry:

Four Varieties Hot Combination Fried YamMashed + Gong Poh Chiken, Fried Prawn + Salad Sauce, Fried Pork meat, scallop + peas

Shark’s Fin Seafood Soup

Steamed Scat (correct kah?)

Baked Butter Cream Prawn

Mixed Vegetable (New Style ohh..very yummy) Radish+Lotus Roots + baby corn + carot + pak hup

Fried Rice With Anchovies

Sweetened Ice Longan Sea Coconut & Kaya Bun.

Paid Ang pow RM80 - RM100.00 (Market price ..hehe) and have all above meal…still worth it lah…:tongue:

Ingredients :

Holland Bean
Carrot
Garlic (Sliced)
Meat (Sliced & marinated with soy sauce)
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce

1st - Quick fried carrat, Holland bean & Garlie..

2nd ~ Stir-fried meat..

3rd ~ add in holland & others when meat half cook..

4th ~ add oyster sauce at last..

hmmm….I just realise my dish used oyster sauce very often ahh….:roll:….I think I should try others herb liao lah…any recommend herb to use ahh?

Ingredients :

Salted & Dried Radish 菜脯 (thinly slice)
Meat (sliced)
Onion (Chop well)
Black Soy Sauce
Soy sauce
Corn Powder

Dried Radish Soated for 5 - 10 mins.

1st ~ Stir-fry garlic with oil until golden.

2nd ~ add in slice meat .

3rd ~ Then add in dried radish continue stir fry well.

4th ~ Cook with cover for about 2 - 4 mins.

5th ~ Mix a little bit soy sauce with corn powder.

6th ~ Open cover & add black soy sauce & Mixed sauce.

7th ~ stir fry well..

Goa Dim!

SQ like this dish very much..coz she just like to chew the dried radish..

Salted Kampung Fish? （sok yu)
Garlic
Chillies
Soy Sauce

1st - Clear the fish & fry….

2nd - garlic & chillies chop well, add in soy sauce..

hehe…another simple dish….

I love to eat this with porridge..its very yummy, especially eat together with white rice which mix with plain water…:lol::lol:

Last Sunday, Donno y suddenly greedy to taste cake wor….so I went to King’s Confectionery (the nearest to my house)..and grab a BlueBerry Cheese Cake…:mrgreen:
Back to home, my mom complaint me EFNTD ..bought whole cake for wat wor..1 or 2 slice mai enough lor…I oso donno y wor..something wrong in my brain liao guaa…

1/2 Kgs BlueBerry Cheese Cake selling at RM38.00

I took 2 slice + SQ 1 slice + Nephew 2 slice ..chehhh…leave 3 slice for next round ejah lah…

How was the taste? hmmm…ok lah…of coz won’t be good as secret recipe or Coffeebean wan lor…but no choice lah…to ease my desire fast…tat is the nearest wan liao…and hor..can get bonuslink point somemore mah… (auntie type greedy ..:tongue:)

Seaweed
MeatBall
Meat/Dried Anchovies (few slice)
Ginger (few slice)
Salt (to taste)

Not a tasty soup for ppl doens’t like seaweed ohh…But this is very nice for me lah..coz I love sushi..I like the seaweed taste…:lol:
