Food Review : MeeHoon Soup
This is the style I enjoy the most for my meehoon soup.

Sour green chillies & Sambal are the must for my meehoon soup..nowaday not many stall serving this in glass liao..usually they will just give u a small soy plate with a little bit chilies..aiyah..where got enough??

ok..I will add 2 - 3 tablespoon green chilli juice (yeap..u r right..the vinegar ler… :mrgreen:) then follow by 2 table spoon sambal and a little bit soy sauce…

If it taste not spice at all then I will add in another 1 - 2 table spoon sambal..and change the pure meehoon soup to sour & spice meehoon soup..a chinese style tomyam soup..:lol::lol:

See…I usually sapu all ..included the soup…soooo tasty …
