Pao Sam Chicken Soup

Ingredients :1 Black Chicken
American Ginseng (泡参)
Water

1st ~ Rinse the chicken thoroughly and trim any excess skin and fat. Usually I will request the chicken staller do it for me. Included trim the skin & cut into 4 large pieces..Of coz still have to clean it after back home lor.

2nd ~ Add in the Bao Sam & the water just enough to cover the chicken.

3rd ~ Bring water to a boil in the bottom section of a double boiler pot or just use a steam cooker. Boil for 3 hours. Remember to replenishing the hot water in the bottom pot when it runs .

Finally add salt to taste and better serves hot..Oh yeh, don’t forget the chicken, eat with soy sauce are the best. But take the drum stick only lah..others tasteless..:p
