Grill Tohu Serves With Rojak Sauce
Ingredients :
Dried Bean Curd
Beansprouts
Green Cucumber
Peanut
Rojak Sauce

1st ~ Simply stir-fry the Beansprouts without oil..and add alittle bit salt to taste.

2nd ~ cucumber cut into slice & in 2Inch length.

3rd ~ Grill both size of dried bean curd until a bit crispy and you will see the surface become oily.

4th ~ Cut the dried bean curd into 2 pcs.


5th ~ Fill in the cucumber and beansprouts into dried bean curd & topping with Rojak sauce and peanut.

This is the most importance sauce you must have..Rojak Sauce..but sorry I donno how to do this..:mrgreen:..I specially ask my sister who stay at Lumut to buy for me. 1 bottle cost me RM3.00. and I totally bought 1/2 dozen from her..:lol:..
I love it because this rojak sauce is homemade wan..and it contains many sesame seeds, of coz taste good too…Beside using in this recipe..I use it just for fruits oso..very yummy…
