Homemade Preserved Lime Juice
Ingredients :
Lime
Sugar
1st ~ cut all the lime into 2 and get the juice.
2nd ~ Lime juice that ready to cook.
3rd ~ Add in sugar and cook until it thicker.
4th ~ remember to cook in low temperature.
This is how we prepared the Preserved Lime Juice. It able to store in refrigerant for 1 month or above. Usually we will finish within a month times..so don’t really know the actually expire period..:p
Remember to add in water and ICE before drink! and if too sour, I will suggestion you to make some sy rup with plum..taste great!
Don’t drink too much of soft drink on Chinese New Year! Not healthy you know?

I have a similar recipe but I dont cook the lime juice. Just the add syrup to the squeezed out juice.

fattien, ur favorite? hehe..then you should try to make it..very simple wan..buy $3 lime then can make 1 bottle already.
