Steamed Chicken & Meat With Salted Fish
Ingredients:
Chicken
Meat (Optional)
Salted Fish
Ginger
Corn Flour
Oyster Sauce
Hua Tiao Wine (Chinese Wine)
Sugar

1st ~ Chicken and meat cut into small pieces.

2nd ~ Marinated with oystel sauce, corn flour, Hua Tiao Wine and a little bit sugar.

3rd ~ Get ready the salted fish without bone and cut into smal cube.

4th ~ Place the salted fish in between chicken and meat pieces.

5th ~ Topping with slice ginger.

6th ~ Steam for 15 -20 minutes.

eeyer! chicken with salted fish? i thought that normally done with pork only …

It looks really good, but where do you buy salted fish? I have never had it before and would like to try.
