Ingredients :
Carrot
Chinese Chives
Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen)
Egg
Salt
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Soak Bean Thread Noodle in water about 10 mins then cut in 1 - 2 inch length. Same as Carrot and Chinese Chives.

2nd - break in egg, add pepper, salt and some soy sauce to taste.

No idea..I just discover few month ago) , located opposite South City Plaza.
The scene is good, you can view lake while enjoy your food. And you surely will feel happy after viewing the traffic jam at Jalan Sg Besi throughway SK, because you are enjoying food instead of stuck in the traffic . :p

Black/Dark Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce

Chinese Wine ( Hua Tiao Wine)

1st - Marinated the pork belly with soy sauce for few minutes. Then fry the meat until 1/2 cook and then cut into slice (1cm - 1.5cm).

2nd ~ Prepare the Nam Rui + Chinese Wine

Have long vacation at Europe is one of my planning. My hubby has been there few years ago. His company benefit all the staff by sponsored them to the 10 days trip at Europe. Due to the financial problem, I’m not able to join the trip on that time. He kept talking about the attractive of Europe since back from Europe and promise to bring me there when we successful to save about 10K.
Ingredients :

Ginger (few slice)

Corn Flour
Wonder Why I call this ‘Lazy’ Soy Sauce Chicken? because it cook by a lazy mama..:p ..Just kidding..I used to cook this meal after the day of BaiBai (sembahyang / pray). Chinese used to pray with steamed chicken. Especially Chinese New Year..Too many steamed chicken to serves..:lol:

1st ~ Cut the whole chicken into small pieces and in mixed sauce (I do this overnight, save time :p)
Mixed Sauce - soy sauce + water + sugar + slice ginger + onion. taste it before marinate the chicken.

1st ~ Meat and Fish Fillet (5:1) chop well, mixed with onion and garlic (chop well).

2nd ~ Then add in a little bit corn flour, salt, soy sauce and water - Mixed well.

I have stop from consuming Herbalife product since long holiday. I’m very satisfied with the lose weight result and wish to maintain my weight now. So now I’m using it as a replacement meal for lunch once or two days weekly only.. But sometimes I can’t stop myself for drinking more because it is the most delicious supplement drink I ever have.
I like the Vanilla flavor the most, because I can create my own recipe with it. One of the recipe I always enjoy is banana smoothie, blend Herbalife Soy Powder with banana, low fat milk and ice. I used to enjoy my ice blended banana smoothie in the office. It’s really a yummy drink. Try it yourself and you will know how tasty it is. :p

1st ~ Clean cabbage and cut into whatever shape you like ..:smile:

2nd ~ Stir-fry dried prawn with oil until it fragrant and change color.

I seldom drink beer since delivered my first baby, because I been breastfeeding them since born.. So drinking beer wasn’t suitable for me anymore.
But recently I starting to enjoy it again..hehe..Of cause not often, just when I’m very free or when I’m having sore throat! Don’t you that beer is foreigner ‘herbal tea’ meh?
Here is how I enjoy my beer, I know is abit ‘abnormal’ ..but I can’t stand for the bitter taste of beer. So I will add in 1 or 2 dried sour plum in the beer. This will make the beer taste better. And is great to drink on really really COLD beer…
