Customize My Kitchen Utensil

Someone who love to cook, sure will have more then 1 knife keeping in the kitchen. Bread knife, chief knife, carving knife, paring knife and etcs. Maybe you will curious that why I bought so many different type knives in my kitchen, what else? Because I can’t find an all in one knife. Well, I don’t think that is available…

Keeping those knives in knife block is a must; otherwise I have no idea where should I keep it. You won’t want me to place all my knives on bamboo cutting board, right?

Do you use or seen the Kapoosh Universal Knife Block before? It look cool, because it have no slot! I’m not very sure about how to slot knife in the block which without slot. But from what I read I can mix and match all different sets of knives into it. If really truth, then I could save more places. I need to customize those cooking utensil to avoid messy up my kitchen before June. Any idea how to customize a clean kitchen?
