What is This Utensil For?
Do you know what above utensil use for? I bought it at night market, I think it selling at wet market too..And I never thought of it how to use it when I first saw it.

tatatata…..The answer is … oil filter! 
..an useful utensil to remove grease from soup! I love to drink soup, but most of the Chinese style soup are kind of greasy. I trying not to consuming too much of oil..not healthy and not yummy too .:p

It helps to remove grease from soup without wasting much of soup…I’m fall in love with this utensil since I know how to use it.. And the best is now I can enjoy Black Vinegar Pork Knuckles without greasy…yumyum..
