Identity Management System
After being a moderator of a public forum, I only know that managing thousand of user logging and security are very troublesome works. Sometimes due to overload of working in forum transaction, I have no time to check through all the complaint and support inquiry. Although we have few moderator are handling the system but it’s really a tired jobs.
I think I should suggestion the Identity Management System by symark.com to our admin (forum controller), so that we can improve our operational efficiencies. Identity management System is designed to protect against Insider threats, meet data privacy and compliance requirements and also reduce systems administration time and costs. I think this should be very useful tools to help us managing the forum. Hopefully our forum administrator will check the system and get it for us.
