Good Increment And Bonus
One of my friends who are working in a big company told me that he going to have a very good bonus amount and increment on coming year. I am curious how he know that, impossible for him to predict how much bonus his company will compensate him. After chit chat and kehpoh about that, he only told me that his company actually would compensate staff depends on their reaction on the 360 degree feedback.
They used to manage employee reviews using 360 degree feedback provided by average manager and leader. If the employee is improving their performance from the negative or not good feedback, then the change of getting increment is high. My friend just receives few feedbacks that praise for his improved and tell him will suggest better increment to the big boss.
