Oven-Fried Fish

Ingredients:
2 pounds firm fish — cut into serving size pieces
1 tablespoon salt
1 egg — beaten
1/2 cup flax seed — 1 cup
ground — 1/2 cup seeds should grind to 1 cup
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder

How to Prepare:

  1. Add salt to beaten egg, mix well.
  2. Mix ground flax seeds, onion powder and chili powder.
  3. Dip fish into egg, then roll in dry ingredients.
  4. Place in foil-lined baking dish. Pour melted butter over fish.
  5. Place pan on shelf near top of oven. Bake 10-12 minutes at 500 F.
