I Like Family Trip

What type of holiday do you like? A holiday that full of sightseeing program or a holiday that full of food and family members around? I prefer a happy family holiday that full of food and joy for short term trip and a buy sightseeing holiday for 3 days trip or above.

I use to bring my family member include my parent, sister and nephew to one night stay at the resort which just need 2 hours drive. We will really a small party in the resort, let my children play around and adult chitchatting while eating in the party. I just saw the holiday gift basket at FlowerShop.com, I think I could get this type of gift basket for our trip. I think it will boost the fun of our holiday party. My children will like it.



Country Fried Steak

Ingredients:
1 bag pork rinds and
crushed them till very fine
4 small boneless steaks
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream — or more if needed

How to Prepare:

  1. Whip eggs and heavy cream together using fork.
  2. Then dip steak into the eggs/cream and roll in crushed pork rinds.
  3. Deep fry till done.
  4. Very easy right?


Chicken In Plum Sauce

Ingredients :
1/2 c Oil
4 Carrots
1 Clove Garlic
2 tsp Sugar
3 lbs Frying chicken
1 tsp Salt
1/3 c Plum Sauce
1/3 c Chinese pickles
5 Celery stalks, diced
1/4 c Water
4 slice Ginger
2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup water
3 tbsp Sherry

How To Cook :

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Peel carrots and cut into cubes. Crush Garlic.
  2. Place oil and Garlic in skillet. Brown Chicken, stir 5 minutes, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add plum Sauce celery, ginger, sherry, carrots, Sugar salt, pickles and water.
  4. Simmer covered for 12 minutes.
  5. Add cornstarch-water mixture to thicken gravy.


Feel Guilty When Eat Too Much

Sometime I will feel very guilty because of eating too much. I promise me not to eat too much because I want to lose weight, so I have to concern about my food intake. However, I am hardly to decline delicious food. Seem like it is impossible for me to control my diet. Maybe I should not thing too much of it, but I will feel envy when I saw slim woman who able to wear beautiful dress but I cannot. Maybe I should start to consider about the Tampa Lap band surgery. Maybe I should go for it and don’t need to worry about eat too much already.



Burger Scramble Florentine

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion — diced small
10 ounces frozen spinach — thawed and drained
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper — to taste

How to Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350f.
  2. Spray a large casserole with cooking spray (lol -unless you enjoy scrubbing;)).
  3. Brown ground beef and onion.
  4. Add spinach and cook through until meat is done.
  5. Soften cream cheese and add in salt, pepper, cream and parmesan -blend thoroughly.
  6. Mix with meat mixture and spoon into casserole.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.


Cottage Pie

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef — or steak
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon beef gravy powder
salt and pepper — to taste

Topping:
3 medium cauliflower flowerets
1 stick butter
1/2 cup cheddar cheese — grated
salt and pepper — to taste

How to Prepare:

  1. Cook beef, garlic powder, and onion flakes in 1 tsp oil until meat is all brown.
  2. Add 1 cup boiling water to the beef gravy powder and stir into the meat mixture.
  3. Add salt/pepper as desired. Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower in boiling wate until very soft.
  4. Mash well with a potato masher, or whizz in a food blender until smooth.
  5. Mix in the butter and cheese and salt/pepper.
  6. Put the meat mixture into a small pie dish and top with the cauliflower mash.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350F.
  8. Add a little more grated cheese to the top and brown under a broiler.


Fight For The Right

My daughter was fall into drainage when she plays with her friends. They just playing beside the drainage and do not know how accidentally fall into drainage. I can’t complaint anyone because she was fell by herself, if I ever discover she was fell because someone push her, then I probably will find attorney to sue them if my daughter is injure. cheese Steak supreme

Ingredients:
frozen minute steaks chopped pepperoni
shredded mozzerella and or deli american cheesecanned
mushrooms
peppers
onion
(I use the Birdseye frozen pepper stir fry, it has red, green, yellow peppers & onion in it)

How to Prepare:

  1. Crumble frozen minute steaks into a pan.
  2. Cook until no longer pink and take out of pan and drain well on paper towels.
  3. While steaks are draining add chopped pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers & onions to hot
    pan.
  4. hen peppers are tender add steak back to pan.
  5. Mix everything ogether and sprinkle generously with cheese and let melt.
  6. This is VERY good so portion control is a must!


Tomato Beef

Ingredients :
3/4 lb. flank steak
1 tsp rice wine
Pinch sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 piece ginger root, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup oil
12 green onions, sliced
1 large green pepper, seeded, cut into strips
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded, cut into wedges

How To Cook :

  1. Cut flank steak into thin strips about 2 inches long.
  2. In a large bowl, combine wine, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, pepper, cornstarch, and oil.
  3. Add meat strips and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and ketchup; set aside.
  5. Place wok over high heat and add 1/4 cup of oil. Stir-fry beef for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a large bowl.
  7. Add remaining 1/4 cup of oil and heat.
  8. Add green onions and green pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  9. Add tomatoes and stir-fry for another minute.
  10. Add broth mixture and cook for 1 minute, or until it thickens slightly.
  11. Add beef and mix well.


She Fall Into Drainage

Last week, my youngest daughter fell into a small drainage. She cries very loud and whole body was with smelly water after I take her out from the drainage. I quickly bring her to bath and clean her body. After that I check through her body to see is there any hurt or not. She has few cut on the leg and hand, lucky was not very serious. I just took out the medical supplies that we ready at home to clean her wound and put some medicine on it. I always saying that get ready some medical supplies and medical equipment at home is very useful. Sometimes we have to get medical supplies if accident happen, if not the situation will be worst.
