Long Procedure Of Compensatin Claim

I heard from my colleague who also a general clerk at a insurance company regarding her complaint of too many clients call up to ask for their insurance claims. She complaint to me the clients just could not understand the procedure of claims are not control by them as they also have to wait the Insurance investigate the cases details before approve the claim. What she is able to help is just keep calling the Insurance Company and chase for them.

She showed me an example of claim for Accident Compensation. There are so many accident happen every day, let say 90% out of 10 person want to claim their accident compensation. Then, they will engaged a lawyer to help them Then it is already have 9 cases waiting to process daily.

Normally, her boss aka the lawyer will investigate their case individual and advise them either to continue or stop to claims the compensation, because not all the claims are worth pursuing. Some of the claims might take up to a year or more to complete the whole procedure. The clients always think that they might be the unlucky one that has to wait such long time for the claim. I think both sides are trying their best to shorten the procedure time, just that sometime it is uncontrolled by neither the lawyer firm nor the client.
