Different Car Insurance Different Protection
Previously I thought all type of Car Insurance are the same. Since their price always more or less the same. Therefore, I though the features offer by different car insurance policy would be the same too. I only found it is not until I had to claim for my windscreen that accidentally broke by a small stone.
The car insurance I bought was not included the protection of windscreen! Could you believe that? My careless insurance agent did not let me know it is an additional protection that we should add on. She never suggestion me to get it and I am totally did not know about it.
I have no choice to spend my own money to get the windscreen repair. I am quite disappointed with her services since then. However, it was good to let me have chance to check out other Insurance agent company that is more professional and responsibility like the Autonetinsurance.co.uk.
