Change Lunch Habit
I am working hard to cut down meat intake recently. I am trying to get myself only take vegetables on lunch time. I have started my plan for 1 week, so far I am still not yet get bore with the vegetables lunch yet. Here are the vegetables I have for lunch, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, cabbage. Sometimes I will mix the vegetables with Can Tuna in water or just with soy sauce. The taste not bad huh…haha
