Claypot Curry Fish Head
I usually will prepare Curry Fish Head without using the claypot. We use to have the dish original in the wok! haha..the wok i use to cook the curry fish head. One of the reasons for us to enjoy the curry fish head directly using the wok is because I use to cook many for my whole family including my parent, sister, brother, hubby and the children. I could not find a big enough bowl or plate for it.

I will be sincere. I don’t like this type of food. I’ve tried at home and…. i’m not just a big fan of it. Anyway, If i will have time I will try to modify the recipe to do it more …..thin.
