Hua Tiao Chicken
Don’t ask me the recipe for this Hua Tiao Chicken, I do not know how to cook and never try it before also. :p
I have this at my sister’s restaurant, of course it is very tasty and I just could not stop to enjoy it. This has become one of the must order dish every time I visit to my sister restaurant.

That looks delicious. What is Hua Tiao?
Its dark in color. Is it like sesame or barbecue?
