Kam Hiong Chicken
I seldom order this Kam Hiong Chicken, I prefer seafood cook with Kam Hiong style rather than other meat. Maybe becuase of the texture of meat is not as soft as those seafood? haha..Whatever lah..
I am trying to find the recipe for Kam Hiong style, but could not find one.
