I almost have eggplants two or three times a week since my father brought back that big pack of eggplants from his garden. I kind of bored to have eggplants as i do not know how to cook it anymore. Although I like to eat the stir-fried eggplants with soy sauce showed at above, but I think I am getting boring to eat it so many times in a week. I better encourage my father to sell the eggplants in the market instead of eat ourself. :p

Most of my friends do not believe that I know how to cook. Their look show me the curious when I told them I like to cook for my husband and children. Well, although I am look like a fierce woman but I do cook too. Maybe the cooking skill is not good but at least I am happy to cook for family members.

I have to admit that I do not know much of cooking as I only learn from my mother. She teaches me everything about cooking. She told me what kind of vegetable to good to health and what ingredient should I use to make the food tasty. I am glad to have such teacher to teach me.

I never know there are so many type of sugar available in the market. Now I know it and I might try all the sugar in my cooking to see do they make my dessert or meal taste better.

I was very happy today because I sold one of my used cameras successfully in auction website. I was planning to celebrate with hubby tonight… THEREFORE, I went to buy KFC before went back. However, I am extremely tired now. Because I have climb 17th floor stair just now!

Our apartment power cut when I am reached the car park. I have no choice to climb up to 17th floor with carrying a backpack; one hand carrying the pack of KFC and another hand hold my daughter. I totally have no appetite to enjoy the KFC now. Too tire…i just want to sleep

HUNGRY! I am feeling very hungry now! I wish I could have above stir-fried noodle in front of me. Now almost is 12 midnight, how could I feeling hungry now?! Aiyah! I cannot eat supper now, if not all my hard work will be spoil already. I have started to lose weight 2 months ago. I am trying best to lose weight and I already on diet for two months but does not lose much weight also. If I eat supper now…I think will gain weight rather than lose weight. Oh my…I better go to sleep now.

I am thinking that I might have to buy the digital trail camera to my father. He has a kind of big garden nearby our home. My father started to work in the small farm since he was retired five years ago. He has plan many vegetables and fruit plant in the farm and wishes to enjoy the return one day. After few years of work hard on maintaining the farm, watery the plants and etcs. Now should be a happy time to get the return. However, do not know what happen to most of the fruit recently; those fruit just disappear without notice!

My father suspect there are some unknown animal in the farm and out to hunt food in the nighttime. He very sad because the unknown animal has destroyed most of his hard work. That is the reason I want to buy him the train camera and let him set up a camera trap. I hope the camera able to capture something and show us the true. Would we get any deer camera pictures? Hmm…

Kitchen is my palace; this is the place I pour out my feelings and devotions into food and cooks for my husband and daughters. I always dream to have a great kitchen renovation. We were not enough funds to have a good renovation done previously. However, I am thinking to remodel the kitchen again now. I will get a better and complete cabinet set for my kitchen. I could not believe that I have only vegetables on lunch time for 3 weeks already. I thought I could never continue to eat vegetables only for more than 1 week. I am so happy I could continue to take vegetables only on lunch time without problem, I am still not yet get bore to eat vegetable only.

Thank you very much to my boss actually, because she is the one having lunch with me everyday. She likes vegetables too, therefore we are influence each other to have only vegetables for lunch now.
