Braised Pork With Salted Fish
If my mother does not know what to cook for father, this will be the only disk she think of. My father likes this very much. He could finish two big bowl of rice with only this steamed salted fish and pork. Does not need other disk at all.
I do not like salted fish so I don’t know i would learn this from my mother. haha…hmm…seem like i seldom cook with salted fish. I wonder my husband likes it or not. I never ask him before. :p

Salted fish, I love this food, I will give this recipe a go at the weekend. Its good to find a blog on asian food, keep up the good work and keep posting those recipes.
