Healthy Food Without Hassle Preparation

The Chinese have known about the Goji Berry and its benefits for thousands of years. At the year of 2003, Dr. Earl Mindell finished his work on Himalayan Goji Berry Juice, was this amazing Goji Juice finally made available to the rest of the world.

We usually will cook soup using Dried Goji Berries and drink it every week. However, my daughters just love to eat the dried goji berries, which are not yet cooked. I seldom eat like her and not yet try the Goji Juice yet. However, I think the result will be better than Goji Soup…If not my daughter who are quite a picky eater would not enjoy eating dried goji berries like that. :lol:..Since there are no hassle for preparation but also can enjoy the healthy food that benefit us. Why not? I will grab more dried Goji Berries and the Goji juice to keep at home..
