Ingredients :
Arrowhead 芽菇(nga ku)/茨菇(chee ku)
Preserved Duck Drumstick (Lap Ngap Bei)
Chinese Meat Sausage (Lap Cheong)
Chinese Pork liver Sausage (Yong Cheong)
Chinese Dried Meat (Lap Bing)

1st ~ Cut Arrowhead into slice and place equally on the plate.

2nd ~ Steam Arrowhead for 2 - 3 minutes.

3rd ~ Then add in Chinese Meat Sausage, Chinese Pork liver Sausage & Chinese Dried Meat on the top.

4th ~ I tried to avoid too oily on this dish. The best way was separate the preserved duck.

5th ~ Steam about 5 - 10 minutes. And cut all dried meat into small pieces.
We having this 4 different type of lap mei every year. When I was I love to eat this with plain rice which mix with water. Same like what I have on salted Kampung Fish. I’m still prefer this way to enjoy this Chinese New Year until Now.
