Fried Rice

2 oz Chinese barbecued Pork
1/4 lb Fresh or frozen peas (if peas are fresh, chill first)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Oil, preferably peanut
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
2 c Long-Grain Rice, steamed
4 oz Fresh Bean sprouts

How To Cook :

  1. Heat wok or a dry skillet, when pan starts smoking, spread peanut oil into pan.
  2. Add rice, pork and peas and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in soy sauce, stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Pour the lightly beaten eggs over the mixture, continue to cook until eggs are done, about 1-2
    minutes.


Frying Pan Pizza

Ingredients:
Mozzarella cheese Pepperoni
Mushrooms Bottled Salsa or Tomato
SauceGarlic Powder Onion Powder
Oregano Grated Parmesan cheese
(optional)

Serves : depends on size of pan used,
CarbsPerServing : depends on ingredients used Prep Time:5 minutes
Effort : Easy
How to Prepare:

  1. Line bottom of non-stick frying pan with pepperoni(or meat of choice).
  2. heat through and blot grease.
  3. Sprinkle desired amount of mozzerella cheese, salsa or tomato sauce, and seasonings.
  4. Heat through until Mozzarella melts its way to the bottom and browns.
  5. Slide onto plate and enjoy!

Bought this pack of Lasagna at supermarket, sometimes just too lazy to cook..hehe

Perencah Fried Rice

Ingredients:Rice
Vegetables
Egg
Cha Siu / Meat
Adabi Perencah Fried Rice Paste

I like this fried rice paste..taste very good. you can smell the belacan fragrance ler..

2nd ~ Any vegetables will taste good in this kind of fried rice (cabbage, letture or sawi) cut into small cube/pieces. including the char diu. And I usually will stir-fried the egg into slumber form and put aside wan.

Chinese Style Stir Fry Udon Noodle

Ingredients :Japanese Udon Mee
Mushroom
Capsicum
Black Fungus
Garlic
Meat (Cut into Slice)
Dried Chilies
Black Pepper
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce

1st ~ you can separate the udon noodle by soak or boil in hot water. Then dry it and get ready to use.

2nd ~ Meat, black fungus, capsicum and mushroom cut into slice .

All In 1 Chicken Rice (Claypot Chicken Rice)

Ingredients :Chicken
Canned Mushroom
Chinese Sausage
Ginger
Onion
Spring Onion
Dark Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Hua Tiao Wine


1st - Marinated Chicken with Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster sauce & Hua Tiao Wine for at least 30 minutes.


2nd ~ Canned Mushroom & Chinese sausage cut into slice or whatever shape u like..:lol:

Stir-fry Dried Vegetables (Moi Choy) with Meat

Ingredients :Meat (Chop Well)
Dried Salted Vegetable
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Oyster Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce

1st ~ Meat Chop Well & Dried vegetables soak about 1/2 - 1 hours before use.

2nd ~ Garlic, onion and garlic chop well too..

Pan Mian Skin Dumpling

Ingredients :

Mackerel
Meat
Corn Powder
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Spring Onion
Sweet Turnips
Chinese Chives
Cabbage
Homemade Dumpling Skin

1st ~ Mixed meat with fish..and marinated with corn powder, oyster sauce & soy sauce.

2nd ~ Spring onion, sweet turnips, chinese chives & cabbage chop well

3rd ~ mixing all with meat

4th ~ flat the dumpling skin and cut into the shape u wan…I’m just simply cut..very ugly shape I have..:oops:

5th ~ fill the meat in medium of the dumpling skin & rap it nicely..

6th ~ see..I make some ‘pillow’ style dumpling…:lol:

7th ~ and…others very ugly dumpling…:lol:

8th ~ boil the water and cook dumpling for 5-8 mins ..until it cooked..

Add in ikan bilis soup once it cooked..of coz u can add fried onion oil and consuming together with vegetables..

This homemade dumpling very different with the wantan skin we brought outside..coz it more chewy…I love it…u can just imagine the taste is pan mee noodle wrapping meat..hehe…yummy..



Noodle/Pasta Dough

Ingredients :

Flour
Cold Water
Egg (Optional)
A little bit Oil (Optional)

1st ~ Dig a hole in the flour..more easy to cover the egg / water / oil..
Don’t pour too many of water 1st..Its can add later..

starting to mixing all ingredients..

Add more water if the dough too dry..

continue to kneading the dough..

Until its doesn’t sticky..

Portion the dough into the amounts you will need to make noodle & flattening it..

there u can use it to make Hakka Pan Mian or use it as a wantan skin & etc…



Random Fried Rice

Ingredients

Rice
Cabbage
Onion
Egg
Luncheong Meat
Dark Soy Sauce
Soy Sauce
Pepper

1st ~ Cut luncheong meat into small cube & fried til crispy. & put aside..

U will enjoy this add in luncheong meat..Its taste great with fried rice..

2nd ~ stir fried with onion with oil..

3rd ~ stir fried egg..I like to add in soy sauce into raw egg..
make it more tasty.. then stir-fried til it cook..

4th ~ then add in cabbage (cut into slice or wat shape u like)

5th ~ If u like abit raw veges then u can add in rice together with cabbage..
I doesn;t like soft soft wan vege..so I addin early…:lol: ..stir-fried & mixed all ingredients.

6th ~ Add in dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce & pepper..
If you like spice..then u better add more pepper…I add many ohh..

7th ~ Add in fried luncheong meat before serves only.

This was my lunch on Sunday! Lazy to dinning out & found not much to ingredients at home..only Cans meat I have..so mai have a quick fried rice lor..
