Crispy Snapper and Shrimp Balls

Ingredients:
1 pound red snapper — fillets
1 pound shrimp — peeled and cleaned
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup protein powder — plain
flavor/may need more or less
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper — each oil for frying

How to Prepare:

  1. In a food processor, finely chop everything except the oil and protein powder.
  2. Stir in powder until the mixture can be formed into firm balls(your choice on size- large marble to golf ball size).
  3. Heat oil to 350 in a deep fryer. Fry balls for approximately 5-6 minutes or until nicely browned. Drain well on paper towels.

Oriental type dipping sauce:
2 tablespoons dijon mustard,
1/4 cup mayonnaise,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
1 tsp hot pepper sauce(more or
less to taste).



Random Sweet And Spicy Seafood Stick

Ingredients :Frozen Meat
Tomato Sauce
Chili Sauce
Corn Flour
Garlic
Onion

1st ~ get ready any kind of frozen meat or chicken or fish or whatever lah.

2nd ~ cook garlic and onion for awhile.

3rd ~ add in frozen meat and stir fry til it cook.

4th~ mixed Tomato sauce & chili sauce with a little bit water. Taste it before you ad din wok.

5th ~ add in and continue stir-fry about 1 minute.

6th ~Finally make the sauce thicker by add in mixed corn flour + water.

I simply pick anything from freezer to cook this, because really out of idea what to cook that day..bought the frozen meat at supermarket.. have forget what brand and what kind of meat already..should be fish and seafood guaa…

Not bad mah..taste good oso..hehe..a little sweet plus spicy..don’t forget I added chili sauce..sometime it taste good with this 2 seasoning only. add more chili sauce if you like spicy food.

Simple Fried Fish With Soy Sauce

Ingredients :
Fish Fillet
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Corn Powder
Soy Sauce
Sugar


1st ~ Fried fish until brown color on both side.

2nd ~Cut Ginger, Onion and Garlic into slice.

Deep Fried Dried Seaweed Spring Roll

Ingredients:
Japanese Fry Mixed Powder
Mackerel
Crab Stick
Dried Seaweed
Water
Pepper
Salt

I’m 1st time bought this Japanese Mixed Flour is tried on the fried vegetables, taste yummy and very crispy. So quickly grab another 2 pack on the next visit to Jusco supermarket..:lol:

1st ~ Mackerel mixed with pepper and salt..just like what we prepare for Yong Tao Hu.

1st ~ Mixed well all the fish, meat, spring Onion and add some pepper & salt. Optional add chop well dried prawn..I usually will mix this too..cause it taste better.

Sweet & Sour Fish

Ingredients :
Black Butter/Pomfret Fish
Spring Onion
Tomato
Garlic
Tomato Sauce
Sugar
Corn Powder

1st ~ deep fry fish..remember to heat ur oil 1st..
otherwise u will get a fried fish without skin and very ugly somemore..

Done! ready to use..

2nd ~ Cut spring onion into 2 Inch & tomato cut into 6 pcs each..

3rd ~ Premix the sweet & sour sauce - Taste it b4 cook
tomato, water, corn powder, alittle bit sugar (Sometimes I add sos chillies too)

4th ~ stir-fry galice & Spring Onion ‘head?’

5th ~ then add in raw tomato

6th ~ add in mixed sauce

7th ~ it’s done when become thick..

Usually I cook this with Not-so-fresh-fish only…:lol:…with fresh fish I still prefer steam & enjoy the original taste..

Of coz sometimes will special cook for kids, SQ & my nephew like sweet dish…



Salted Kampung Fish

Ingredients
Salted Kampung Fish? (sok yu)
Garlic
Chillies
Soy Sauce

1st - Clear the fish & fry….

2nd - garlic & chillies chop well, add in soy sauce..

hehe…another simple dish….

I love to eat this with porridge..its very yummy, especially eat together with white rice which mix with plain water…:lol::lol:



Stir-fry Spicy Prawn

Ingredients

Red Chilies / Small Chilies (Chili Padi)
Garlie
Medium Prawn
Oyster Sauce
Chinese Celery

1st ~ Red Chilies & Garlie chop well..
(Forget about the ginger..hehe..I use for others dish..:p)

2nd ~ Cut chinese celery into 1 - 2 inch

3rd ~ Prawn after stir-fried in hot oil

4th ~ oil + garlie + chilies -> stri fry

5th ~ add in prawn & stir-fry for 2 mins

6th ~ Add some oyster sauce & continue stir-fry

7th ~ Finally stir with chinese celery
