Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Broccoli
1 Pint (8 TBS) Heavy Cream
10 TBS Shredded Cheddar
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (Campbells is what I use)
1/2 Stick ButterSalt & Pepper to taste
How to Prepare:
- Boil Broccoli in a large pot of water until very tender.
- Drain reserving 1/2 cup of water that the broccoli was cooked in.
- Return broccoli to pot. Add water, butter and soup. Stir well until the soup is mixed well.
- Use a hand potato masher and mash contents of the pot.
- Add cream and cheddar cheese. Over a medium heat, bring to a slow rolling boil.
- Remove from heat, add salt & pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
6 - 8 chicken legs / 1 whole chicken
3 cups of hand cut cabbage
1/3 green bell pepper
1 small onion
3 TBS of Pace Picante Suace
*1/2 lime,cheese,avocado -Optional
How to Prepare:
- place chicken at bottom of crock pot. Then pour cabbage and onion.
- At thetop place the green pepper sliced and the sauce.
- Add at least 4 cups of water.(sald and pepper to taste)
- Cook on high for about 1-1/2 hour and then low for another 1-1/2 hour.
- Check that chicken does not overcook. When ready serve and top each serving with diced mozeralla, lime or avocado.

Ingredients:
2 Turkey Legs
2 quarts water
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/4 tsp celery seed
Celery Bottom and center chopped fine
2 TBLS of Onion
1/2 bag frozen green beans
1 yellow squash
1 can tomatoe sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
How to Prepare:
- In large soup pot Boil Turkey legs in water bay leave ginger poultry seasoning and celery seed celery parts and onion for about 2 hours or until meet is falling off bone.
- Make sure no bones are left and put all meat back in pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour and soup is on.

Ingredients :
Yoke Zok
Kei Zi (Goji)
Dong Sam
Pepper
ginger (few slice)
Chicken
Pig stomach
Pork intestine
1st ~ Take pigs stomachs and scald them well.

2nd ~ Boil some water with ki chi, Yoke Chok, Dong Sam.

2nd ~ Cut chicken & met into cube (Sorry picture very blur..hand problem..:lol:)

Ingredientsshu cai choi (Don’t know what this call in Enligh)
Fishball / MeatBall
Meat/Dried Anchovies (few slice)
Ginger (few slice)
Salt (to taste)

Simple soup, boil water with slice meat or Dried Anchoivie & ginger for 10 - 20 mins. Then add fishball..Finally is the sui zhai choi. Easy soup to do for you kids. hehe

Ingredients :Green Papaya (which real raw)
Pork Bone / Chicken Bone
Red Dates
Kei Chi
Peanut
Fenugreek (Optional)
Salt

This is my flavorite soup since I’m starts breastfeed SQ. When you saw the ‘Papaya soup’ I think you might have a think like ‘this soup is for female only..who wan increase breastmilk supplier or wanna to boost their bust.
Actually I’m thinking the same when I first saw this soup recipe. :p But not when you taste it. Its very sweet and taste very great! Don’t know how to explain, try it yourself.

Ingredients :1 Black Chicken
American Ginseng (泡参)
Water

1st ~ Rinse the chicken thoroughly and trim any excess skin and fat. Usually I will request the chicken staller do it for me. Included trim the skin & cut into 4 large pieces..Of coz still have to clean it after back home lor.

2nd ~ Add in the Bao Sam & the water just enough to cover the chicken.

Another Chinese style soup..this is my hubby flavour..wonder y he like this so much..always request me or my mother to boil for him..:lol:
SQ like drink lotus root soup too..especially mixed the rice with kee chi & soup…..maybe the soup just sweet enough to drink? aiya…cook with more chicken / meat sure will sweet…just need to spent more on it ..1 big pot of yummy soup cost about RM20.00 for at least 10 person..worth it..:lol:

Not a tasty soup for ppl doens’t like seaweed ohh…But this is very nice for me lah..coz I love sushi..I like the seaweed taste…:lol:

Ingredients :
Chinese Spinach
Dried Anchovies
Fish Ball
Fried Onion & Oil
1st - Boil Dried Anchovies with water for 15 - 20 mins.
2nd - Add in fish ball & Chinese Spinach to boil another 2 mins.
3rd - Add fried Onion & oil b4 serves.

My mother & me used to make soup everyday..donno y…without a bowl of soup in our dinner, seem not enough wan…:p…….quite a traditional chinese style family hor? hehee…
Sometime really lost of idea wat soup for today liao..will simply boil dried anchovies soup & add in watever ingredients tat we get from refrigerant lor..haha
once a while will found new yummy recipe wan…:P
