If you know the Chinese name of this dish, i think you might not dare to taste it. It is call special “doggie” bone if direct transfer from Chinese words. haha..No worry, it is not dog meat. It is pork actually. I am not sure why they give this dish such special name, but it do catch my attention.

Wah..I have no update my recipe blog few weeks already. I thought to update that blog often however I am just too busy for my office work. Actually I have uploaded some recipe photo that already edited. And I though to write the recipe detail in the blog, I have draft the post in my mind but have not yet to write in the post. HAHA..Lazy me…

I was very happy today because I sold one of my used cameras successfully in auction website. I was planning to celebrate with hubby tonight… THEREFORE, I went to buy KFC before went back. However, I am extremely tired now. Because I have climb 17th floor stair just now!

Our apartment power cut when I am reached the car park. I have no choice to climb up to 17th floor with carrying a backpack; one hand carrying the pack of KFC and another hand hold my daughter. I totally have no appetite to enjoy the KFC now. Too tire…i just want to sleep

I could not believe that I have only vegetables on lunch time for 3 weeks already. I thought I could never continue to eat vegetables only for more than 1 week. I am so happy I could continue to take vegetables only on lunch time without problem, I am still not yet get bore to eat vegetable only.

Thank you very much to my boss actually, because she is the one having lunch with me everyday. She likes vegetables too, therefore we are influence each other to have only vegetables for lunch now.

I am working hard to cut down meat intake recently. I am trying to get myself only take vegetables on lunch time. I have started my plan for 1 week, so far I am still not yet get bore with the vegetables lunch yet. Here are the vegetables I have for lunch, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, cabbage. Sometimes I will mix the vegetables with Can Tuna in water or just with soy sauce. The taste not bad huh…haha

aiyo..Now I only realize I have wrong type the dish name in the photo. I missed the FISH! Oh my..I hope my sister would not mind, Wonder is it possible to edit the menu again or not. :p

Sambal Chili is my favorite spice topping on the fried Kampong Fish taste very good. I am going to have it again tomorrow night.

Sesame Chicken that I have when I am in my sister restaurant. The look of this dish doesn’t look nice huh? Maybe it just because of my terrible photography skill, cannot capture a better looking photo. But it is very tasty tough. I like Sesame alot..and this surelyis my favorite dish.

I seldom order this Kam Hiong Chicken, I prefer seafood cook with Kam Hiong style rather than other meat. Maybe becuase of the texture of meat is not as soft as those seafood? haha..Whatever lah..
